Tenancy Duration 1st September 2023 to 30th November 2023: €1750 includes non-refundable €450 electricity allowance
Tenancy Duration 1st December 2023 to 29th February 2024: €1550
Tenancy Duration 1st March 2024 to 31st May 2024: €1415

Service Charges

Service Charges included with your first payment allow for the following Maintenance, Cable TV, Broadband, Refuse, Recycling, Water Charge, etc
Cable subscription only every student must provide own tv licence if in possession of a tv.
Electricity Allowance
€450
We have installed Pinergy Electricity Meters for your convenience. This meter will be topped up to €450 per student over the course of the academic year, any additional Electricity Credit can be purchased on site.
Booking Deposit
€200
Refundable at end of tenancy. Subject to any damage charges and overruns.
Parking Permit
FREE
At The Grove we do not believe in Charging you for Parking your Car, we do ask that you park only in designated spaces, not on footpaths or disabled spaces. We also recommend that you record your car details with the booking office.
